I've massively plateaud at about 94kg. Cardio isn't doing it and diet is relatively good. Must get back into the gym and back to the 3 super compound exercises, bench, deads and squat.

I like having the knowledge that if I was in danger I'm strong enough to take care of myself

Speaking of hockey, met a Canadian earlier in the week - Canucks fan and had a look of disdain and disgust when I told him I was an Oilers fan. He also didn't quite meet the stereotype of the friendly Canadian - not cos of the hockey thing.
