im doing lower reps with higher weight, and using a board on my chest on mondays to try and help mine atm. fingers crossed.....

Started off at a good slow pace, then started day-dreaming about how awesome it's going to be when I get home and I can go for a run with my black and white offsider, got excited and sped up a bit.

Then I found 50 bucks.

I got half way through my ride tonight and rear tube burst (not my anus lol)

Took the tyre off, tube was shredded. Too big for patch. So about 12km ride and 10km or so walking the bike back. Took fucken ages.

1 hour clinical Pilates.

I remember when Pilates was all I did & my legs used to have DOMS from it & I would reward myself with post-workout food

Now it's a nice wind-down at the end of the week.
