So gym tomorrow. I haven't done squats or deadlifts since May. Last time I did either was 105kg squats and 140kg deads. Let us see how I go. Deads won't be that great because I will squat first.

but usually whatever you think you'll be able to do after a bunch of time off - do 90% of that

Yeah I plan on just working up with the squats to start with. Deadlifts I reckon I'll still be pretty sweet on.

Rode to work after patching over patches on the bike. Still has a slow leak. Have to remember to buy more CO2 canisters.

26.3km long run @ 5:15min/k - tight heavy legs. Took me 11km to loosen up, then got quad cramps at 18km. Run past my parents place at about 20km and was going to drop in and get a lift home, but pushed on. Miserable day, wet and windy. Anyway job done.
