A Long Way From Detroit @ Section 8 Sunday 12th Aug


From long running purveyors of quality Techno, the Melbourne Techno Collective, Stable Music and Out Of Focus presents a not so chilled Sunday afternoon at Section 8.

With influences from the pioneers of electronica and over 16,000 kms from the home of modern techno, the motherland, Detroit, today we pay homage. This wont be a strictly “detroit techno label” day, but more an ‘influences’ experience.

This will be a 100% vinyl experience. No exceptions.

Join us from 3pm -10pm, BBQ early and heaters will be on if need be. FREE ENTRY as always at Section 8, but we can add you to the guest list if you are retarded and dont understand the word FREE.

Stay tuned for a very special announcement on Saturday 11th of August at 2pm.
