Tip to everybody: don't ever move into a first floor or higher apartment. Moving all my shit out is a nightmare. Mad workout though lol.

I kind of like the first floor, brings back memories of the apartment I grew up in. Ground floor generally sucks in a city and anything higher than 1st is overkill unless it's the top floor or you're in a building with immaculate views.

I'm with Fledz. I was 2nd and 3rd floor in my last apartment block, which was a pain to move in and out of (esp like, getting your bed or couch inside on the 2nd floor, and having to get it up another flight of stairs once you think you're done), but, having private access to the roof terrace was brilliant in Summer.
