In AVB we trust!

I said it at the start of the season, I thought AVB's style of play would suit the spuds with the players they have.

Bales finish was class.

PS Suarez

Pretty good game to watch.

Our main problem is Ramsey in the middle. He slows down cazorla's and our play so so much and is very sloppy with passes. Ox should be our backup here but lets hope JW pulls thru the game tomorrow.
2 mistakes cost us the game, I can't remember mannone having to do anything else ?
I like gervinho up front but you can see that it hinders podolski a bit in terms of space compared to Giroud.

We had plenty of chances, a lot more than chels, but couldn't put them away......Czech did well as well.

Well done to chels although I didn't see anything scary about them.

Title race seems way open this year

Have to laugh at Norwich fans, spent more time singing about Suarez than their own club. That's 6 goals and an assist in his last 2 visits to Carrow road.

Could have been 7 or 8 if we had that penalty awarded and if Suarez didn't miss.

Away fans brilliant. Suso and sahin were great. Suarez unplayable.

Big ups to Spurs, chelski and citeh too!

Great game. We were killing it for the first half, Rooney comes on at half time and then it was just us soaking up an insane amount of pressure. Worth a watch IMO

Me: Man, I don't think Torres has been all that good this year so far...
*Torres scores goal*

Me: Gervinho is pretty ordinary.
*Gervinho scores goal*

Bism: Nah, it's too far out to go direct.
*Scores directly*

GOD DAMNIT.

mannone 5 didn't have much to do but still fckd up.
jenk 7 solid
kos 5 fckd up 1st goal, 2nd don't know what he was doin
tv 6 not troubled
gibb 8 solid + up and down all game
art 7 looked tired chasing mata/hazard, cleaning up after ramsey
caz 7 still quality but a bit off + had his chances. i put it down as ramsey
ram 5 not good enough
ox 6 quiet, was better in middle
gerv 7 good
pod 6 plays much better with giroud

entertaining game, but nothing really great from either side.........kinda checked eachother.

thought mata and hazard were chels best, with terry pretty solid at back.

it was an awesome team performance, i think everyone had a great game. as well as those you mentioned i think defoe led the line really well, holding up play and getting others involved whilst remaining a threat. and credit must go to caulker also who stepped up in his first start, at OT no less.

walker though really needs to improve his defending of deep crosses; has cost us both this season and last, and almost did last night. on another day some of those chances for united in the second half go in and they run over the top, i guess it was just our day.

Agreed. Positionally Walker has been weak. I'd like to see Naughton replace him for a few games when he's fit to have him understand that his place in the team is not guaranteed

Do it. Intense game. Reading/NUFC sprung into life in the second half. Magpies were very lucky with a point

What shits me is Pulis, Pardew, Allardyce and all the other oaf English managers always heap shit on Di Matteo, Wenger, Mancini, Villas-Boas etc after they play them. But when they play against Fergie there isn't a fucken peep out of them. Like terrified little yes sir, no sir sheep. The cvnts..

And we'll done spurs. I actually like this team. Great game

Vertonghen at left back surprised me. Played very well with his run for his goal being the highlight.

Gervinho needs to be dropped, he is shit. Arsenal would play so much better without him, why Podolski came off instead of him had me stumped.

9 times of 10 he puts that into the stands, it's not like he had much control, he just hit it and hoped for the best.

Gervinho has no clue what is going on around him, it's just head down and dribble, so predictable. There was a point in the second half where had the ball on break, about 3 Arse players to his left which he could have put through on goal, but he doesn't see them because he has immediately put his head down and gone the other way. That shit costs you games against teams like Chelsea.

Gervinho is Arsenal's Archie Thompson.

Went to the Cottage yesterday for the City game.

Fulham fans have nothing. Additionally, they fucking ran out of food 5 mins after half time. Like seriously WTF! And we missed the first 15 mins as they dossed around with our tickets and we couldn't get in - ****s

Yaya Toure chant by the City lads is the best one going around!

Disappointed in our loss to Chelsea. A draw would have been a fair result

Gervinho is not the quality of player we should be happy with. He has his moments, but he simply isn't good enough.
Ramsey also hasn't developed at all.

They both need to go in the next transfer period.

He's been around the place in Cardiff and Arsenal since 16. By 21, you need to show some sort of development if you want to play for a top club.

That's decent money on Arsenal this early in the season actually. I might put some down. City and United aren't really worth the bet. Chelsea is worth a punt too.
