Stacked my bike good riding up in the Yellomundee regional park this arvo, took a tricky little downhill section before a bridge over a creek a bit too fast and ended up stacking off the bridge and landing in the stream, ended up having to drive home in just my compression shorts cause all my clothes were soaked. Smashed up my left knee pretty good, feels like the same spot I had an operation on about 15 years ago after busting it up snowboarding, hope I haven't done any more cartilage damage (prolly not as there isn't really much left there to damage). Suspect I won;t be running for a few days anyway.
