Batman - The Dark Knight Returns (2012)
The Frank Miller 4 Piece comic has been animated and part 1 is out now.

Not too much to comment on yet as i'm in the middle of watching it. But, so far, thoroughly enjoying it!

The only thing I miss is Batman's internal dialogue throughout; but still quite enjoyed it. Pity there's such a large wait til Pt2!

Had the comic sitting around for 2 years, but haven't read it due to being underwhelmed by Millers choice of the quantity of pages over quality of work.

The "graphic novel" is quite compelling. It reminds me alot of Watchmen.

Bruce's jaw in this is totally American Dad-ish.

'Slice and Dice', not a bad series, animation was above average and surprising how similar the art was to Millers comic.
