Tapout I reckon I was on track to get at least 170kg but then I had that abdominal pain and stopped. I'm still pretty worried about it so any sign of it and ill be dropping weights back.

weighed in at 85kgs flat this morning, thats only around 1kg less than when I did the Dexa 3 months ago, but I am 2 belt sizes down and on the last hole on the belt! yeah!
