It looks exactly the same as Pioneers old turntable (I used to have 2 of them, absolute crap haha). Though I have not seen them around in ages. I hope they fixed the tonearm (and motor and feet and pitch)

ha Ha no Sync button thats comming on the later version, but looks like they used up all the old stock of cdj 1000 start/stop buttons on the new decks!

no sync button. Just a bpm reader and an led screen that tells you exactly how far to move the pitch.

so they made a clone of a 1200 and put a pioneer badge on it? sad thing is that they will get close to 100% of market share now that technics arent making them

I think it'd be great to see Pioneer put these into production. That image is only of a concept model in it's early stages, so I'm sure they'll add more features! Rumored that it'll be compatible with Rekord Box and have USB functionality, which opens up a lot of possibilities.

vinyl doesnt need more features. 33 45 direct drive and pitch control. thats why the 1200s are a workhorse. simplicity and what do they they do well and will continue to forever. USB functionality and rekordbox on a turntable pffttt. im sure it will have a beat counter also so computer djs can feel cool playing vinyl without having to learn it.
