Easy Run: 5km @ 6:05 min/km

Went out too hard, nearly died on the hill home.

Strava isn't very good at maths, it says 5km in 30:23 mins, yet the pace is 6:06min/km. Garmin Connect has the time as 30:27 mins and pace as 6:05min/km. Go home Strava, you're drunk.

Squats - 3 x 113, 3 x 130, 4 x 146

Box step ups 24" box - 2x16 @ 50kgs

8min amrap - escalating reps
1 power clean @ 55kgs
2 pullups
2 power cleans
4 pullups
3 power cleans
6 pullups etc

8 cleans + 16 pullups

This morning Every minute for 10 minutes
Snatch complex
Snatch deadlift + hang snatch + Snatch - 40kgs (1 degree made it had to get warm for heavy lifts)

then 3 rounds of
1 min power snatch @40kgs
1 min box jumps 24"
1 min Russian KB swings 24kg
1 min double unders
1 min burpee to plate
1 minute rest.

nice heart starter today, cant say for sure what my score was, I lost count so many times, work was done though.

Bar some shoulder niggles, 531 has been going well. Feel my press/bench improvement has come at the cost of slower squat/dead progression.

Training maxes are Bench at 97.5 (before recent reset), press at 62.5, box squat at 150 and deads at 195.

Squat, Bench and Deads total = 405kg. 2014 goal done! Next goal, become less fat.... Not exactly looking forward to that.

Aim was 5:50 min/km, felt comfortable holding just over 5:40 and then fanged the last 3-400m.

Hold two plates, dip the knees try to strengthen them. Sets of 20.
Repeat for an hour trying not to do any damage
