Survey participants required. May be of interest for promoters & business students.
Hey guys.
Im currently conducting a research study into identifying the predictors of consumer emotional receptivity, and applying the concept of emotional receptivity to a series of print advertisements. Emotional receptivity refers to a person’s disposition towards a preferred level of emotional intensity, in this case resulting from a series of print advertisements. What does this have to do with dance music? Well, as a result of this study, I hope to explain that the effectiveness of emotional and informational/rational based advertising towards different consumers could be explained in terms of their level of emotional receptivity. In essence, if you are an event promoter, should you design your posters, flyers, online advertising etc. with emphasis on the dj lineup and ticket price (informational/rational based advertising), or on creating an emotional connection with the viewer through imagery, use of humour, taglines, and other design features (emotional based advertising). This study requires you to fill out an anonymous online survey, the first part of which will take about 15 minutes, and the second part, the link of which will be emailed to you in a week, about 10 minutes. Once the survey is completed you will also go into the draw to win an Apple iPod Touch. If you would like to participate please go to: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?s...u3bhJ2Wg_3d_3d Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Help support local research, the results of which could benefit both promoters and punters, and go into the draw to win an iPod! ~Andy Last edited by hoshie : 06-Sep-09 at 11:22pm. |
