After a cracker launch ClubHouse continues the quality with "Warm Up to Tech-Know?"
This time around we will be taking over the lower level club section of 202 (Club 202 if you will!) and bringing in some visuals to tantilise another sense. Well be kicking of a little earlier this time at 8 o clock so all those people who need their beauty sleep can still come until Prime Possum tells them to go to bed. Anyway enough bullshit This time up we have Mitch Crosher Nick McMartin Sam Watkins Scotty W Joshua Whitmore Nick McMartin ------------------- Nick’s love for electronic music began with the sounds of hard house. After some time as a dj he soon developed a passion for production. Having then gone on to study audio engineering in Sydney, Nick is now currently bursting onto the scene with a renewed direction and the desire to bring his flavour to the sounds of Tech. Nick has since released his first track on ‘we come in peace’ with a minimal tech house remix for Emerson Todd. Nick is now playing at some of Sydney’s hottest underground parties, the likes of Lost Baggage and the [BOX] and is now playing at the Sunday morning Bunker parties on a regular basis. Not long after, a set of turntables were purchased and mass records were being bought to fulfill his appetite for mixing. After 6 months of teaching himself how to mix with support from close friends and fellow Dj's, Dave Oi and Rob (WC), his debut set was at Summadayze '06. Mr Watkins stepped up to the plate, delivered the goods and the flood gates opened with numerous bookings such as Slinky, Octane, Bezerk, Stereoday's, Frantic, Amplitude and Floorplay just to name a few. In the last year his taste has swayed towards techno and he drifted away from the hard house scene. Sam turned a new page with the event 'Techy' born early 08 and ever since Tech has been his current passion. Moving over from Auckland NZ to Australia at the start of 09, he has teamed up with close friend James Deighton and started a new party in Sydney called 'Warm-Up', giving new up and comers the chance to get known in the scene without having to 'know' someone to do it.
