Was awesome... bad with track names but.. lost it when he played mirror dance.. with another african number over the top or in and out... also was heavy when he played the song about the girl who got married to young.. house on the hill.. ummm mariage is shit.. somthing along those lines.. recent maw track... fucking nice. Crowd was cool... nice. There was this old bald black guy who looked like he was having a fit.. and talking about a northern soul spot in camden ha ha just joking. Promoterr was a top fella and bless him for getting him playing in Sydney. Hopefully he can bring Osunlade, Ron Trent and Ian Friday for the nexy one? Club was ok for me a. I was worried my shoes wouldn't get me in.. but was fine. Nice intimate atmosphere.

classic louie vega. didn't want to get off the decks, and in the end was playing to 6 people for like 30 minutes. the guys finally pulled the pin at around 5am. was amusing to see the bar being cleaned and packed up while we were still going nuts on the floor with all that legroom. a wide spectrum of tracks across the night. started off with the signature latin beats and went 360 degrees; finally ending it with an elements of life track. and thanks to rob for the 'deserved' shot of limoncello at the end of the night. |

Yeah i want to know what th other track was when he played Mirror Dance the other song you're after is Bittersweet Love Affair by Louie Vega & Julie McKnight lol the black guy is Ben and he tours with Vega - he can dance like a man possessed thats for sure Quote:

The track that he mixed with mirror dance is Mary Mary. its a re-edit goin around but Im not sure who made it. Possibly his own.
I frothed at the mouth when i heard that. How good was it when he pitched it down at the end and played some hot RnB! even better cause there was only a few of us left! |
