What's in [THE BOX] in November?

Methodix

DJing for over 10 years, with a reputation as a 3-deck wonder, Methodix can be found playing parties such as Swarm, TECHnique, MITC and the Mainline Presents parties he's co-promoted with Emass since 1994. With a musical journey starting in India and continued in Switzerland, we're delighted to now bring Methodix to [THE BOX]!

His Mainline Presents parties have presented artists such as Chris Liebing, DJ Bone, Thomas P. Heckmann, Steve Rachmad, Speedy J, Deetron & Justin Berkovi, DJ Misjah, Ben Cromack, Rub n Tug, Richie Hawtin, Thomas Schumacher and Elektrochemie. Further, Methodix has also played alongside the likes of Jeff Mills, Ben Sims, Carl Craig, Technasia, Guy 'Geezer' McAffer, MC/DJ Ribbz and D.A.V.E. the Drummer playing to crowds of all shapes, sizes and scenes: from clubs to raves, warehouses to outdoor events, free local parties to interstate parties.

In other words, Methodix is going to bring the goods.

Mark Craven

Following his killer set for us a year ago, we just had to have Mark back at [THE BOX].

Mark's DJing has taken him from his home country, Ireland, through England, Ibiza and now Sydney.
Highlights include: Being chosen by Mixmag to warm up for Dave Clarke at Snowbombing festival 05 and being invited back to following year to play the Rotterdam Street parade and with Darren Emerson in Austria.
Winning the IDJ Raw talent competition just before coming to Australia and selected as Top Pick in DJ mag-
“ Mark Craven's set leads us down a trippy, downright filthy mix of groovy minimal and techno. It is everything a DJ set should be - underground, forward-thinking and technically perfect. With hints of Chicago house and Detroit techno, this lad proves he's a proper talent waiting to be discovered. Life-affirming stuff." (DJ MAG)

Together with [THE BOX] residents Michael Doney, Defined by Rhythm and Jay Smalls, expect the usual party carnage on the dancefloor.

The chaos starts at 10pm, November 13 at The Bunker. All RSVPs to the Facebook event received by midday Friday will be on the free guestlist; otherwise entry is free before 11pm or $10 after.
