112BPM 80's sampled House tune

Need some fresh ear on this one, 80's track I sampled & one of my mates on the guitar work. Tried to get an 80's feel to the track with a big sub bass to carry it along.

Anyways any feedback is good feedback cheers

Fukn yes!! I reckon if anything bring the main kick and snare down just a notch. The guitar solo could go longer too

definitely got that mid to late 80's sound. sounds like prince in a lot of ways. really good production on my end. i like the touch of verb on the kick. I feel like Peter Gabriel is about to sing a line or something. Interesting track. probably a touch too much low end on the kick or maybe just turn the kick down a db or 2. sounds good dude. hah the guitar solo just kicked in. What a pissa. It really suits the song and fits great. Great 80's sound on the guitar. Man i wasn't expecting to hear a track like this here at ITM. good stuff

Thanks guys for the comments , I'm glad people enjoy it & that's what the track's aim is just a fun little tune. You'd be right on the Prince call as the dude I sampled was part of his band

Ohh and I know about the kick I just boosted it before I exported the file just to A/B with the first time I exported the whole track so yeh I'll be turning that back down easy done.

Thanks again guys

ahaha Nah man, I meant to say the vinyl I sampled the 80's sounds was from a guy's solo album who played in Prince's band but the guitar at the start & solo is my mate Dave

absolute quality !

i would turn the guitar down a tad, and put a bit of reverb, the guitar is quality, just stands out a bit too much from the mix
