fair play, I would be suprised if someone who had successfully had 2 kids and was keeping herself fit would be that stressed, but what would I know

perfectionism/obsessiveness doesn't just disappear because you're getting older It's hard to know where to pin your goals as you get past your 20s, because the tangible measures don't work as well anymore.

Having clear goals around fitness & playing music keeps me sane & strong & happy for my kids. Nothing wrong with being a good role model if you have the time

It was fun being me, that's the important thing. If any surplus fun escaped the grip of my brovitational pull and got in your hair/eyes/everything... more power to you.

A lady at the post office keeps telling me to stop losing weight "you've lost your cheek bones" & asks leading questions about my diet.

I want to tell her to stop Botoxing her head because she isn't fooling anybody, but that might be considered rude.

I know Poon, I couldn't figure out either. Maybe less meat in the cheeks or something is what she meant.

Lol, meat in the cheeks.

Breasticles are shrinking slightly. This makes me happy.

Sit-ups can help you target those stubborn areas. Maybe run a little bit less, that's only going to tone and shape your legs.

Caliper arrived - BF% = 12.7 ie: 'Ideal' for 26-30 year olds.

70.8kg (yesterday)

Aim is to get into single figures for BF% @ 75kg.

Dunno. I'm going to have to look up some info about RFL'ing, but I'll probably leave it as a last option.

I'm looking at cutting down on carbs (ie the amount of rice I eat every day which afaik is my only source of carbs except for the bowl of nutrigrain I have on my running days), and upping my meat and veggies.

I've dropped the <2 slices of pizza as a late night snack, I hardly have any soft drinks (maybe once a week) and allowed myself an ice cream once in a while (you're gonna have to pry that Cornetto out of my cold dead hands).

Also, adding some HIIT/sprint sessions in my running workout and upping the intensity in my swim.

We'll see how this goes.

Hah, you don't need to worry about RFL stuff dude, srs. Just tweak your macros to a bit more protein & a bit less carbs.
