Caliper arrived - BF% = 12.7 ie: 'Ideal' for 26-30 year olds.

70.8kg (yesterday)

Aim is to get into single figures for BF% @ 75kg.

Hah, you don't need to worry about RFL stuff dude, srs. Just tweak your macros to a bit more protein & a bit less carbs.

weight measurement tip: plot your weight (taken post morning dump and wee) as a 7 day moving average and then compare only intervals at least 7 days long to get a better idea of real weight changes. Everything else in between is just water and food ups and downs. If you then compare your daily weight to your 7 day average it tells you the following (roughly).

daily weight > 7 day average = I'm well hydrated
daily weight < 7 day average = I'm a little bit dehydrated

Use a similar principle to track fitness vs fatigue. Fatigue has a much shorter half life than fitness adaptation. The half lives are different in different folks of course, but a rough guide is the following:

use a 7 day moving average (of training workload) for fatigue and a 21 day moving average for fitness. For example, you want the 7 day moving average going above the 21 day average during intensified training blocks and the opposite during recovery/tapering weeks.

Haha...I think I was about 88 when I did that. The weight is the reason I've never ante'd up for the full mara - 20 odd kms is the limit before the legs pack it up.

63.6kgs today. back to the weight plateau. fluctuate between 63.3 - 63.7 over the past few days. sux. going to stick RFL out until refeed this weekend. will do one more week of RFL leading up to mardi gras (lulz): to get the glycogen/water loss. then take a week or so break and start on UD2.0. shame I didn't get my goal of 60kgs in Feb
