Probably should have split up the steaks and not knocked back two at once, tbh.

And not eating hasn't been too much of a problem so far, 3 days without a beer and I'm already stabby.

So I saw you can get psyllium husk capsules - has anyone tried these? As much as I love my twice daily psyllium supplementation (and I really do) it'd save me two small glasses of milk which is probably for the best....

I did ask about this a while ago. Misso said her mum brought her some once and they didn't really do anything.

If I remember correctly.

but I love it with milk. I enjoy it. so if I have the option I'll always do it with milk over water. Just thought if I had the caps I'd avoid the whole temptation altogether.

I bought some a couple days ago and am awaiting delivery. Hate the texture of the stuff, so bought caps instead. Will report back if they work or not!

yeah its not so much about them "working" or not (its all still pysillium after all), but considering the cost there was almost no gain worth it.

is that a generic one in calorie king? I imagine the macros would flucuate significantly based on who made them. In general I reckon they are OK, whats the sodium on those bad boys?

Lunch: 185g tin tuna = 46g P
Dinner: 250g chicken breast (w/ wholegrain mustard) and greens (w/ balsamic vinegar) = 55g

New found appreciation for mustard and balsamic vinegar. They might just keep me sane.

On the food front:
6 weet bix + apple
300g steak + 100g cashew nuts

Quick question: when should I be having my good fats, I usually try and have them before a workout? amidoingitrite?

I bought some oxyelite pro to help with the carb cravings and give me some energy to work out after cutting carbs down to the bare minimum and it really worked. Does that stuff make you feel wired and jittery? The first week of taking the oxy I felt like I had just smoked a massive crackpipe.

Yeah, I was pretty motivated at work this morning. It didn't last too long though.

Dinner was 450g of grilled pork medallion with brussel sprouts, asparagus and eggplant. I'm already hungry again. :-/

Blended steak was the first non-Sustagen meal I had after breaking my face and from memory it was delicious. Just add gravy and drink it.

Today:
musli, milk, psyllium
1 coffee
130g tuna (40g protein), lettuce, fetta, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, balsamic
chicken cacciatorre (chicken thigh, tomato, beans, onion, garlic, olives)
1 glass pinot

I have had the biggest craving for a big mac all morning and my co-worker just came back with KFC, I'm currently trying to stop myself from climbing over the desk and stealing it from her hands.
