Was an extreme last moment impulse buy... saw it on the buying selling here, n it happened to be in canberra.... no regrets at all... infact, don't know how i woulda fitted my gear in without it!
probably the most useful thing i can think of atm

so finally bought my setup on friday and been mixing almost non stop all weekend

please excuse the blurry photos

probably gonna have to turn the decks sideways as i will need more room later when uni starts again. im also gonna build an mdf box for it all to sit in so when i need to clear my desk i can just move the whole lot at once. i have roadcases for the decks but they are fucken massive and take up too much room.

Dude last time I checked CDJ-1000's, Techincs 1200's and DJM-800's retain their value better than any other electronics on the market and so depreciate very little - even after heavy use and phased out models (1000Mk2s still sell for almost as much as mk3s).

Congrats bro! Know you been looking for this stuff for a while, I know how it feels to finally be hooked up!

What I used to do with my flight cases is sit them under my decks. I could fit my decks and mixer on top. This raised the table to a confortable height. Looks like your desk isn't the highest so it may help.

Joined Aug '05 Times thanked < Thanks: 1,215 Thanked 2,497 Times in 705 Posts Posts 4,367	so finally bought my setup on friday and been mixing almost non stop all weekend please excuse the blurry photos probably gonna have to turn the decks sideways as i will need more room later when uni starts again. im also gonna build an mdf box for it all to sit in so when i need to clear my desk i can just move the whole lot at once. i have roadcases for the decks but they are fucken massive and take up too much room.
