Henry really is the main man for '09 on the production front. Still cant go past his older gem "Lady in the Mirror". Still sends shivers up my spine everytime i listen to it. The man is truely a production genius and headed for the top!
Fortunately one of the promoters dragged me into an underground bunker which had been turned into B018, a heaving DC-10 style club where we partied until dawn, singing along to Ladyhawkes Paris is Burning. As Paris says, Beirut rocks! (Sam La More)

Well I just got home. Henry Saiz was pretty wonderful. The flow was a just a tad off sometimes , and I think the crowd may have been a bit hard to read. But his music was just fucking fabulous. I can't tell you how good We are All sounds in a club.

^^^^ You're easily pleased.

On a serious note, Henry did struggle with flow in the first hour but really did bring it home in the last.

Was his first time in Melbs/Aus and I reckon he did a really good job. Crowd seem to really enjoy it and so did he. Henry will only get better as a DJ and will go on to produce some wiked and amazing music.

Tracks of the night for me were the ball tearer, 'They Came From The Light'. And right after that when I thought he actually finished, he let rip with Radiohead's 'Reckover' Saiz remix. A special track that really wakes up all the senses and basically makes you feel great. Have been playing with this track alot over the couple of weeks and can't see myself getting sick of it anytime too soon.

Would really love to see him again.

New The Labyrinth 05 out now ... (awesomely different)

After a little break last month the show is back with more music to share and a new great guest. This labyrinth will feature Dosem who is one of the hottest techno producers at the moment, with a unique, powerful and fresh techno sound. Hes currently working with Technasias label Sino amongst many others, playing his killer live set around the world and releasing amazing tunes.

But for this labyrinth Dosem will show us another side of his dj skills, this show is about cinematic sounds. A really unusual session full of original sound tracks mixed with electronic music accompanied by a very cinematic narrative rhythm. Music is the soundtrack of our lives and life is full of changes, ups and downs, so this show will be just like that. I hope you enjoy the journey while you create visions of your own movie.

As always, the first 30-40 minutes are a dj set from myself and then the guest. I promise more dancefloor action for the next show

Thanks for listening!

Henry has played Tangerine Dream on his show, they really are different. Bit of irony that he is playing a Guy J mix that Guy J isn't . First mix I've seen of his that isn't predominantly his own work!!
