MacBook Soundcard to CDJ800s?
Shortly I will be buying a MacBook 13" 2.4GHz for uni but would also want to use it for DJing. My current setup is as follows;

2 x CDJ800s
1 x DJM400

I want to use serato/virtual DJ/traktor with timecoded CDs and was wondering if someone could recommend a soundcard that will preferably work with all these programs. Keeping in mind I'm buying a new laptop so I don't have much money to burn so the cheapest option is best.

Also I read that serato can only be used with their external sound card. Is this true?

yes, that is true, and it is also the same for traktor. the difference is that traktor actually comes with a sound card that can be used for various things, not just traktor (and now there's a cheap 4ch version too).

Well since traktor/serato are pretty damn expensive, Virtual DJ seems the way to go? What would you recommend as a soundcard to connect the timecoded CDs in my CDJ800s to my Macbook, and back to my mixer? It will have to be USB since I will be using the 13" Macbook.
