I am there in feb and want to get some work done. i would of prefered HCMC but it is Tet holiday while I am there so they are shut.

So if anyone has gotten any work done there in the past and can recommend a place that would be great.

Surprisingly, you'll find a couple of these dental clinics better than ones you've seen in Australia.

Here's a map to help you find it
http://www.diadiem.com/ (like Google Maps, but better)

If you have a Symbian 60 OS or Windows Mobile phone with GPS, you can get excellent navigation software from these guys

Be a bit careful in where you go, my brother went to a place in thailand and got heaps of work done and had/has no problem to this day, i went to the same place a year later had two teeth worked on and ended up with abscesses under each one.

Dodgy work on tourists because they know chances of you coming back to get it fixed are very low.....cost me a pretty penny when i was back in oz to get them fixed.
Crazy people are ace doorslammers.

Hi well I did end up going to Rang Ha noi and I must say they were excellent i ended up getting 4 veneers for 400 aud. this would of cost thousands at home. The only problem was that only one dentist spoke english and even that was a little broken but they were very friendly and they understood me in the end. The work looks amazing too. Highly recommend.

So are there any limitations to the type of work you would get done there? Like veneers but no fillings? Or fillings but no extractions for example? Or is it all pretty "safe"?
