New track from John 'Fives Of Chameleon' is brilliant

Downloaded May's ep overnight and agree with previously expressed sentiments.

Moreover it is exactly what I've bern wanting to hear from J00F for a while, the same sounds, but with a little bit of evocative emotioon behind it. Something to exorcise a few demons to (of which there are plenty atm!).

Uhhhh.... will they even let 90% of J00F's fans in? Academy has pretty strict pro-guido dress code, I could never imagine them letting the doof hippies in.
Clubhouse or Transit surely would have been the better venues right? (Clubhouse especially, since it's a dark and dingy room filled with graffiti and smoke.. while Academy is all velvet, Ed Hardy and chrome... one matches J00F one doesn't)

I completely disagree, I preferred his BA set in 2010. It was more of a journey, He played harder for longer and everyone on the dancefloor was completely spent and then he smashed it out for another hour or so.

At roxanne's it was relativity tame in comparison, I think he was super jet lagged yet he still put on an amazing show.

I left BA thinking I would never see anything of this sort again, he absolutely destroyed the venue. The best Djing performance I'll probably ever see.

Didn't see him in Melb 2010. His Sydney set here (at Space) was a stormer that year though. Really liked the melodic prog stuff / overall journey / unique ending in Melb last year though. The vibe in the room was sick too. Cranking it for 30mins then easing it back slightly for the last 20 with the change in the tempo was lots of fun for something a bit different.

Hoping he cranks it a bit more this year though - some great turbo mixes on recent GTG episodes so I'm hoping he'll lean a bit that way. All the visits since 09 have been slightly deeper. Need a bit of indoor stompathon madness.

Will be my first time seeing j00f! Really looking forward to this even if it means I'm going solo!
