-Been obese since I was a kid
-Heaviest was 125kg in 2006
-Got to 95kg and stayed there til June 2010
-Currently 59.1kg
-Aiming to be lean and sexy. Doing it via a recomp diet: 1700-1900 cals, approx P180/C160/F40 (varies on diff workout days)


ATM eating yoghurt with cottage cheese mixed in

89kg @ 6'4" I want to be 100kg on the dot.

Currently cooking turkey meat balls from the recipe posted in the previous food thread. Im short on time so I didnt brown them beforehand and just chucked them in the oven. They are now swimming in a pool of juice/fat, it looks really digusting. My turkey meat ball wrap for lunch tomorrow isnt looking very appealing anymore

how do I get there? Fix my stomach so I can actually digest food and not shit it out 1 hour later

the trick to making a good omelette is having the pan on low heat and to use a small pan so its not paper thin :masterchef:

Currently 66kgs and 178 cm tall.

Goal is 70-75kg and built like an AFL midfielder.

Been a skinny, lazy unfit runt my whole life. I was 55kgs when i left high school. Gained 10 kgs of muscle in 8 months of heavy lifting at an old job and lost about 5kgs the year later through 6 months of pre apprenticeship and 6 months of WoW. Started my sparky job and have floated between 62kg and 64kg since.

Had homemade steak and mushroom pies for dinner.

I was prettty lean when I used to swim competitively. Back in year 12, 2004 I was roughly the same height and hanging round the low to mid 80kgs.

I'd say with your (our) height mid eighties would be a good aim for a swimmer like yourself.

5'10 and 72kg. I was never a big eater and I used to have high blood sugars because of never giving enough insulin. I have put on 7kg in the last year with regular exercise + balanced diet. As a result my blood sugars are the best they have been in 10yrs of being Type 1 Diabetic. Aiming for 75kg but I am very happy with the progress I have made.

6'4, used to weigh 85kgs, currently around 94, plus or minus two kgs depending on a variety of factors. Was almost at 100 earlier this year but I couldn't quite crack the ton. Have dropped some fat and going to try and get back up there with less chub.

Best way I put in weight was drinking 3L of milk a day + a lot of food + lift heavy

Yeah under 7 is good. I think between 6 - 7 is where its at.

When I was first diagnosed with type2 mine was like 11.3... not cool

was 90kg round this time last year. was never fat (have always been an athlete) but wasn't as lean as i would have liked to be (ie. didn't have dem abs). hovering round 12% bf now. going to cut to 8-10 then slow clean bulk up to 80kg or so. aesthetics n shit

78kg or so atm, 183cm. not trying to get swole, eventually i want to be lean and probs stay around the same weight. i don't have any specific number goals for weight, however if i got down to 10% bf i wouldn't complain. as a guess i'd say maybe 15% atm.

edit - 79.8 this morning, guess IVE GOT HUGE in the week + since i weighed myself. pre-sickness swole unlocked, no excuse not to squat 85 today.

Around the 95kg mark last time I checked. Combination of not eating right and having a buggered neck due to a whiplash injury limiting what I can and can't do.

I'm 170cm and 70kgs. Body comp is probably about 20%BF. I want to get to about 16%BF and down to 65kg. But frankly, I couldn't care less how much I weighed as long as I look good!

Starting 12 week challenge today. Day 1: 70.2kgs. Will keep you posted.
