In other news P337 has cracked the 100kg mark, ****'s body fat is prolly still in the low teens too.

Was pushing 106 at my heaviest. Nowhere near Eddies effort but still pleased with what I've ended up losing.

Nice job mate, keep it going. Lift heavy shit, eat clean, and the bad weight will continue to drop off whilst gaining lean muscle

Yeah need to hit the squat rack again properly now- if I can get back to where I was at this weight (did 3x5x147.5 at 106) I reckon I'll be getting close to being able to hit double bodyweight for 1RM.

IKWYM, work sets at anything in triple figures are hard now

Squatting seems to benefit from volume and consistency more than the other lifts, I think there's a bigger mental aspect to it too, being under the bar and all.
