As part of a punishment during a drinking game i had to eat a tablespoon of vegemite, do a big shot of vegetable oil and snort a healthy line of self raising flour. The flour actually turned in to dough in my nose. I was mildly intrigued by this until i had to go and projectile vomit what looked like crude oil (vegemite) in the backyard.

I smoked a green fruit loop in a bong.

i ate the massive amount of salt from the bottom of a pretzels bag once. i powerspewed about 30 mins later and had an insane headache for a few hours.

have done tequila suicide more times than i will admit (or probably remember).

These all sound like the warm up things that someone did before I retaliated by filling an ash tray with beer and drinking it.

Oh god, I still get nam-style flashbacks of sitting on a couch in a dim-lit loungeroom crushing up berocca and quickease tabs with a teaspoon.

So I'm sure this has been asked before, but is there an easy way I can calculate an accurate BF% at home? I'm guessing this may involve getting a pair of skinfold callipers?
