Next level RFL noms - Stir-fried, marinated kanga strips, served with asian greens:



Recipe to follow (once I'm done jamming it down my gullet).

EDIT:

Meat:
400g kanga steak
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce

Greens:
Whatever, I used baby bok choy, baby something else and something something (Asian greens arr rook same )
Fish sauce
Soy sauce

Method:
Slice steaks, put in a container and add slurp of olive oil, and enough soy and wocester to cover. Give it a good stir with your hands and bung it in the fridge for an hour.

Clean and chop greens.

Stir-fry meat, remove from heat, add greens and some water, chuck the lid on and let the veggies steam. Once they're done, splash on some fish and soy sauce, give it a stir, plate it up. Meat on top.

Nom. That shit. Down.

(Oh, two serves. I'ma take one to work for lunch tomorrow.)

i can't believe how well behaved i was on the weekend, the only non paleo things i had were a tub of cottage cheese and a couple of litres of milk. oh and one beer on sat night. i'm not even trying to go paleo, it just kinda happens when you say no to shit food. actually i guess i did have bacon which technically is a no no. but fuck that, who could live without bacon?

my pantry is a barren waste, other than packets of nuts, peanut butter and honey jars and some stock cubes and random shit there's nothing there because pretty much everything i buy now is perishable and goes in the fridge. lucky i have my own fridge

there used to always be a box of shapes or something in there for hangover emergencies, it's hard to fight those cravings when there's no shapes to gorge on now

I realised that since about a month ago when i began paying attention to what i eat, ive eliminated almost all the processed foods from my diet. Quite happy about it.

Today i had
2 fried eggs (wee bit of canola oil)
3 weekbix with sugar
Wpi protein shake that awesome loopi gave me
Nandos half chicken and large chips meal with perinaise dipping sauce

Gonna go home and eat some tuna too spag bol for dinner as well

So you can use oiive oil on the RFL diet? I thought you were supposed to replace all of the essential fats with fish oil. It's one of the main reasons I gave up because I kept burning stuff not using oil.

Does anyone know where I can get Dairy Farmer's cottage cheese in Melbourne? I miss that stuff.

I got some psyllium husk on the weekend and after about a week off the stuff, boy am I glad it's back. [tmi\] although, my housemate did complain about a floater in the toilet. It's not my fault it was so sizeable. [/tmi]

Brown sugar, chips are potatoes? Ok so the perinaise is the worst there. Canned tuna doesnt have any crap additives in it and pasta is well... pasta lol. Fair enough i guess, but still im eating a lot better than i used to be, no more cans of crap, softdrinks, frozen oven things etc

brown sugar, raw sugar, demerara sugar... it's all refined sugar. and chips are deep fried... not to mention i doubt they're just chunks of fresh potato. canned tuna are the sausages of the sea.

YB - porridge with bananas, cinnamon, and walnuts = the nomb
(or you can replace the bananas with apples) I usually chop up a bunch of apples and pears and roast them in the oven with fresh lemon juice and cinnamon to have with oatmeal or cottage cheese.

You got some decent advice, it just wasn't what you wanted to hear.

Clock a month up in the gym before you start worrying about supplements (and that is all they are, they are not the be all and end all of your diet)

It's not something that you change overnight from eating shit, it takes time, patience, effort and preparation.

Saying you can't eat more is just a cop out, if you are bloated you need to address what you are eating that is making you bloated.

What's the point of eating to the stage where you feel sick all day? I cant see how that is productive, mass gain or not.

I've already established that I don't "eat shit" as well Eddie. It's just the physical amounts that I'm struggling to increase atm.
