Morning folks! I tried this concoction of oatmeal and cottage cheese with cinnamon and stevia Loopi has been eating for breakfast and it's pretty tasty!

EVOO has a pretty over-powering taste for mayo IMO. Try EV macadamia nut oil, has a much milder taste and is equally good for you.

Oh fuck yeah, I wouldn't touch praise mayo if you paid me. I usually got the thomy, but this was from a fancy sandwich place, so tbh not sure what they used. Definitely didn't have the praise taste though.

If psyllium husk isn't working for you then you mightn't be drinking enough water; it's a soluble fibre so it needs to be mobilised by fluids

3. 3 various nori rolls + apple + celery w/ natty peanut butter
4. 250g lfcc
5. 30g wpi w/ milk & coffee
6. 60g wpi + dextrose + milk
7. smoked salmon + scrambled eggs + 2x wholegrain toast

possibly went overboard considering all i did was squats today i think i'll keep eating like a mother fucker for september then change to predominantly paleo at a small deficit to start burning away the flabby bits. will seek advice then from you smart spergers.

Back to the mayonnaise argument. I was looking at the bottle of whatever squeezy one I have here (I think it's Kraft) last night, and it's not exactly 'bad' for you. It has fuck all nutritional value though, good or bad.

i buy the dairy farmers ones. they were 35c off or something the other day when i bought 6 of them. think it was about $2.40 a tub or something. fucking chump change if you ask me. i can eat a tub in about 2 minutes flat come 3.30pm hunger time.

if you can get to Harris Farm - get Brancourt cottage cheese. delicious! comes in 500g blocks which lasts me a week. I don't know how you can eat 250g at one time! I'd feel ill!
