Went to see my osteopath today. He's run 11 marathons & his PB is about 2:50. Mad.

He was supposed to do this one, but got the beginning stages of a stress fracture & took some time off.

1 every hour, so 3. Debating whether to take one beforehand, which would make it 4. Also taking electrolytes & BCAA & Carnitine beforehand, like I do for long runs.
