having some absolute corker rounds on the new servers.

really liking the 200-300% ticket rounds. you can really get into the flow of things.

especially on tighter maps like op metro, had a 300% round on it the other day and it was constantly back and forth between all bases. no choke situations at all. was amazing.

I joined a PS3 Metro only server (1500 Tickets). It was a lot of fun though we got trashed. Couldn't hold a flag for longer than 30 seconds and lost by about 500 tickets.

One annoying thing was about half the players on both sides were using the M26 Dart bug - Since the recent update if you use the M26 Dart with Underslung rail and Heavy barrel, each pellet of the dart takes on the damage of the primary gun. So you can have 300-400 damage per shot.

I just played a monstrous 2000 ticket round racked up over 50 kills and it's not showing up in my battle reports.

Did the server crash? That usually nukes your stats. Kasper and I had a killer game once where we were #1 and #2 by like 10k points and 20 kills each and it crashed on us :\

Yeah I'm still playing, been having a few good rounds as I get used to the last patch updates. 2 kids means I get fuck all time for it, so progressing pretty slowly!

What do you guys think about the Premium Service coming out soon? Personally I'm all for it

Yeah, I'm still playing. Had a mixed experiences last night

Joined 3 servers that had obvious hackers (scores of 80/0, ping around 400+ but were sniping with a handgun across the map and through walls). But then I joined a server which said it uses some protection called GGC-Stream or something similar and that had no obvious hacking and pretty good balanced teams, and I had so much fun even though we lost.

On PS3 our clan jumped on Bad Company 2 a few nights ago. Heaps of fun. I miss the UAVs and AT4

They have to take into account distribution costs, it costs way more to send things over the internet to Australia than it does to America because our pipes are thinner

Fuck you Dice, I was supportive of the whole Premium thing until I saw that. I had no problem paying upfront for DLC I was going to buy anyway, but to get bum-fucked like this is fucking annoying.

Did anyone manage to get a game last night? I DL'd the update but then couldn't get on any servers, kept getting a "Your version is incompatible with existing servers" message. Plus, all the links to the premium content was there but I couldn't actually buy it.

Ah, I see - when you log into the Premium section on the PS3 menu it looks like it's released immediately for Premium owners and 2 weeks later for the rest of the plebs

So what's the deal with premium? I'm assuming now that I've bought it I won't need to for out more for the DLC? Other than that it just seems that I'm PAYING to be a beta tester... which, wow, thanks for the privilege, poodles.

edit: wow... I'm getting crapper at this game (I didn't think that was possible) I'm not sure why, but I just can't seem to hit the broad side of a barn at the moment.
