I wonder how many people donate to that with the profits they've made selling meat.

Speaking of meat, any chance of getting more of that beef I got off you guys the other month? The scotch fillets were next level...

urrgh, just found out that the cow train is out of commission.

They've sold the lot & are in the process of selling the farm, so I guess that's it.

Speaking of Cambodia, to say that the last few trips to the bog were a bit unpleasant, would be like describing pol pot as a gardening enthusiast.

I miss the days when we used to go to a friend's house and there would be a whole pig spit-roasting over an open wood-fire. Sofa king good.

The mint one is the bomb. Also I spilled a couple of tablespoons of stevia, don't do that.

Had a massive carb day today. Muesli in the morning, wholemeal bread for lunch, pasta for dinner and then pancakes for desert. I actually feel really well replenished after my run today though, so might go for another tomorrow. The odd high carb day seems to work out quite well, keeps your body on edge.

Fuck oath. The scoops weigh 50g weight for the 30g volume scoopers!

I DONT CARE THO BRO, GETTIN SWOLE!!

<serious post>

Actually, I have about 1.5 scoops which fits in with my out-dated-ratio-styles PWO which called for 75g carbs. HOWEVER, This time round with my lifting diet I am showing very little regard for meal timing and macronutrient quality. All I care about now is htiting 3750 calories with 200g of protein per day, nothing more. And for that reason, sometimes I actually DO have 2 scoops of dextrose (which I figure at 100g simple carbs) and I don't even feel bad.

Yeah, fair enough. I find it difficult enough forcing down milk with a full scoop because it's so sweet, let alone two

(Some peeps a while back were using a full scoop thinking it was 30g, when because of the greater density of the dextrose they were getting 50g or so - just checkin' holmes)

Yep - that was actually me that posted about the volume/weight of scoopers and dextrose about 6-12 months ago

I am being so fuckin lazy this time round and relishing in it. My training ethos is 'Always train - even if you're reaaaaaaally baked'

Yeah it's quite nice.

How many grams is the staminade scoop? That's what I use for my moltodextrin/dextrose mix. I put 2 scoops in my post workout shakes and workout drinks, and 1 scoop in my pre workout drink.

Been out all day and return to find a decent thread idea locked down. Since the thread is locked, the message is return to other threads and continue there.

No it was intended to be a thread regarding nutrition discussion, for example, new developments, interesting articles you've come across, discuss questions like "is the blood type diet scientifically valid?" etc etc. Not what you ate today nor what supplements you take nor what you will eat tomorrow nor random banter. I thought you guys would be able to tell the difference. Am I wrong?

Perhaps but there isn't much nutrition discussion in that thread and a lot of off topic banter and a lot of "had a dexa today and i'm x% bf down from x+10% bf 4months ago". Nothing wrong with that but it's still off topic.

Perhaps also, which means that I am the naive one thinking that since a lot of people here are rather interested in fitness and eating healthy, that maybe they might be interested in nutrition discussion aswell? Besides if you're not interested then don't post in the thread.

Anyway its locked now so I won't bother. No big deal.
