Back to the physio today. He's a bit concerned it might be a stress fracture, but will just keep an eye on it over the next few weeks. If its a stress fracture it would mean no runno for 2-3 months

Hopefully it's just a tendon issue and I'll be back into running in 2-3 weeks. He gave me the all clear to do some lower body stuff at the gym, so I think I might ease into it with lunges, bodyweight squats etc. He gave me an awesome massage in my calf, so much pain! Big rush of endorphins afterwards.
