We've been given a carton of beer as a token apology by a certain company that delivered us a sheet of glass last week and left 2 of us guys to carry it up and alley way, around the corner, into the building and up the lifts into the office ... no gloves either .. we ended up with sweaty bloody hands

But fuck me, it don't think a carton of XXXX Gold is really saying sorry ... it's more like saying, "sorry we had to say sorry"
