ITM Crossfit Games Challenge - Episode II
In preperation for the regionals next weekend, I thought it might be an opportune time to hold our second ITM Crossfit Challenge...

The day will consist of 3 WOD's as chosen by ITM's.

Suggestions for WOD's? <will edit post once WOD's have been decided>

My suggestion:

WOD:

1rm C&J in 15min

- Challenge is open for 2 weeks.

- All three WOD's must be completed on the same day.

- Can scale WODs as needed. Can use straps and wraps but please make note.

overall; give it a try, its a bit of fun. nothing serious...
Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Should be one max effort big lift, one body weight WOD, and one :sillybullshit:, imo.

WOD 2:

1RM C&J IN 15min

WOD 3:

15min AMRAP

3-6-9

OHS @ 40kg - chin ups - KB swings @ 32kg

Where did you pull the 3rd WOD from?! Looks nasty but I'm not gunna do OHS for time

Plus I don't think Tapout can do 5km runs? Maybe do a 2 or 5km row? Or Tabata row for Metres

I vote for the 100 thrusters for 3rd workout

What is OHS? I can't even do C&J, never tried to actually. 50kg thrusters, I'd be lucky to do 10 I reckon. This sucks

Ok final ITM Crossfit competition WOD's

WOD 1:

4 rounds for time

500m row
10 bar dips
10 KB swings @ 24kg

WOD 2:

1RM C&J in 15min

WOD 3:

100 thrusters @ 40kg with 5 burpees on the minute

(sorry brad, I'll be there for 3 days @ 50kg)

I'm aiming for Thursday to give it a crack.

Thinking of heading down to the games on Sat night for a few beverages before the big one Sunday...catch u boys there

We don't have KBs at my gym, would I just use a DB?

Is C&J basically just a clean and then a press?

derp you can use a DB but it will be a bit harder to hang on

re C& J - in oly comps obviously you can't press out but since this is lolfit i think any kind of shoulder to over head is fine, press, push press jerk, split jerk etc
