WOD 1 - 12.31

paced myself, tried to average 2min for 500m row, with 1min to complete the 10 dips and 10 KB swings

WOD 2 - 100kg C&J - PB by 5kg. absolutely stoked

WOD 3 - 16.43

that was hell. dont know how i finished, was that close to DNF. 50kg is way out of my league. i dont have the metcon endurance.

i'm glad that is over, gave it my all...
Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

From a non-expert POV, 100 attempt looks solid for a 1RM. Great stuff mate.
