Been like shite for the week post marathon, so this week is leading back towards proper eating (actually cooking) then next week = full retard (oh god I'm not ready)

Been hovering around 102-104 for a fair while now, can maintain that eating pretty much whatever.

Time for some serious cutting to drop another 10kg.

Sounds kinda like me at my current weight (around 87), seems pretty stable with minimal attention to diet as long as I'm reasonably active. Need to up the ante a bit to get down around 83 where I'd like to be for C2S.

Unlike you guys though, I could definitely increase the cardio levels and do some morning exercise instead of afternoon.

I was just going to do some 8/12 HIIT sprints on the bike downstairs for 15-20min. 8 second sprint, 12 second slow cycle. Used to do that before, burns fat like crazy.

Important to smash down a huge breakfast immediately after though or helloooooooooo headaches and pain.

Nah I've been a bit slack since being back in Sydney. Combination of long hours during the week and enjoying myself a bit too much on the weekends plus a bout of man-flu have hammered the diet and exercise a bit. Good thing is I know it's probably not gonna be too hard to lift both to another level for the next month til C2S which should take care of that weight.

Did you find that was sustainable over a long period of time? I'm aiming for 1800 now but maintenance is about 2100 (without exercise).

Remember i said a net deficit, my maintenance was about 2200-2300 plus whatever I burned exercising, and I was eating 1700-1800 a day.

Fledz it wasn't too hard to maintain for 1-2 months, which was enough to drop the bulk of the weight I lost.

Fucked me for lifting though.

Getting back in the 'eating well' groove now. No cafe breakfasts, lunches or takeaway dinners so far this week. (gg it's Wednesday morning)

Full retarding starts next week. It's going to be very interesting and oh so horrific/awesome.

I'm feeling good. 63.4kg today. This weekend is going to be hard though. special dinner, mexican lunch and another dinner at a friend's place. should be able to make it through the first two on diet, but the dinner at the friend's will be really tough.

dude I used to weight 74kg! I don't think 63 is that much? I have a fair bit of muscle, I'm 170cm tall/short. store most of my fat in legs and booty. Goal weight 59kgs.
