Pretty self explanatory.

Am thinking $300-$400, to be used for a professional job, wear of 8-10 years.

Go.

There's a Hugo Boss factory outlet in Preston, 6 Albert Street, Preston, Phone: 9474 6370...no actual idea of their prices though, but could be worth a look as their suits are the bomb.

Mens Suit Warehouse Direct Victoria St, Ricmond...no idea of quality though.

Sires/Peter Jackson or Myer/DJ targetting the sales you should easily get a 100% wool suit for $400 (down from $700)
Pete Gordon - One Funky Broken Sunday - guitar a-twanging, horns a-plenty, funk a-flowing, beats a-broken, cheddar practically flowing CLICK ME

for $400 you are not going to find a suit to last you 8 years...unless its a suit you wear for special occasions

Travellers Apparel in collingwood (wellington st)

SABA - dunno about long term but i really like the cut & shape & i got for 390 (staff discount - i know a guy who knows a guy)

Hugo's at Myer/DJ's are 30% off currently - most are 1200 to 900 tho. Preston outlet may be cheaper but I found it hard to get right size.

There's an italian suit joint in sth melb

Arthur Galan - warehouse

WW aren't much on the quality side...prob in same league as Peter Jackson and twice the price.

You'll struggle to get a decent suit at that price, best bet is DJs sale in the $500 range.

Do yourself a favour and spend an extra 2-300. Much more worth it in the long run.

That is a really good outlet. If I remember correctly they have other brands as well, but the hugo boss were the best. Great value.

What the... more like absolute garbage, unless you're going for that ill fitting, slimey used car saleman/ high school graduation-deb/ cheap muzza wedding look, then yeah, by all means, go for it!

You're better off spending extra on a classic, quality suit, that will last a life time like a Zegna, Valentino or Boss...

I love Saba. Prob my fav label. Always best cut, quality and great value.

Agree in PJ
I got a suit there; never again.

If you're going to go 'cheap' I got one from Bossini on Collins St for 350 odd which I really like

Yep, check out Hugo Boss factory but also have a look at Stafford Group which has a huge range of suits, and both are in Preston
