Ableton Live 64-bit
Yep, I actually can't believe it either. I'm also surprised no one has made a thread yet too!
The 64-bit beta is out. I'm just about to give it a shot now.

Its a bit disappointing that Ableton still denies any use of VST or AU plugins when rewired as a slave.

not sure it worked for me tbh. i downloaded the program only version as i already had 8.2.1 installed, and it finished installing but in live it still says 8.2.1, i haven't got any new program folders (like ableton does with every other update), basically it still says 8.2.1 everywhere.

might have to install from scratch which will be a bit of a pain in the arse tbh.

You should have a completely independent install.

ah yeah i thought so, however it somehow didn't happen.
now when i run the 832 setup file i get the three options to change, repair, or remove. the first two are greyed out, so i can only remove live.

weird eh?

when i get some spare time i'll do a proper reinstall. blehhh!

They all work great with Jbridge! things just sound so much warmer with those extra bits. All my hot end RAM never got used as the slots were at the end of my MB, but it's totally changed now that I can use all my RAM.

Don't forget to upgrade all your audio cables to 64-bit, otherwise you won't be able to hear all that 64-bit goodness!
