Well I personally liked surgeon a whole lot more, but maybe I had wildly overinflated expectations of apparat, since Orchestra of Bubbles is one of my favourite albums of all time. For the venue, I think surgeon was a hundred times more appropriate, and I think the main reason I didn't enjoy apparat more was because he wasn't right for that venue IMO. That was my point pretty much. I would have loved to see him somewhere a bit more intimate, but I don't think the Forum did him justice. Read the Whole thread
