Trent from Punchbowl

This has been doing the rounds on email for a few weeks now. The standard reaction after first watching it is to remark ‘it has to be fake’. No could be that messed up, right? Someone in our office pointed out that the drive-in cinema Trent talks about closed a few years back… but that’s no proof it’s a staged clip. If you were that out of your mind it’s entirely conceivable you’d forget minor details like which drive-in cinemas are still operational (not to mention more complex things like your name and date of birth).

If it’s fake – this dude deserves an Oscar, or at the very least some sort of TV Week Logie. If it’s real – god help us all.
