Adelaide Fringe Festival guide launches

This year Adelaide’s famous Fringe Festival goes annual, and it’s just about to kick into motion. Fringe season runs from the 8th to the 31st of March this year, and is a veritable feast for the multi-arts lover. The town comes alive with street performers, comedy, magic, theatre, dance, music and plenty of great parties.

We’ve already seen one Adelaide Fringe Festival event this year, the Fresh Fringe Spin competition (brought to you by Adelaide Fringe and Fresh FM, and in the event’s ‘off season’ the Fringe Benefits program have been serving up treat after treat for those who want to feel “fringey” all year round.

A jam-packed event at Sugar on Friday 12 January saw Track Team (Tom Borgas and Nick Hunt) win the event and they now have the chance to strut their stuff on-stage at the Opening Night Party, Thursday 8 March.

This Saturday morning the 2007 Adelaide Fringe Guide is being launched at Rymill Park – check the lifestyle events for more information.
