Chris Martin and co. might be carrying some extra baggage when they come down under in February, with news that guitar master Joe Satriani is suing Coldplay for plagiarism.

According to Billboard News, Satriani filed his copyright infringement suit in Los Angeles federal court last week. He’s claiming the band’s song Viva La Vida lifts “substantial original portions” of his own track If I Could Fly. The lawsuits seeks damages and any profits relating to the assumed infringement.
