ITM has been passed on the trailer for new Australian horror flick The Loved Ones. Having won a number of awards at film festivals around the world – including Midnight Madness People’s Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival – the local release date for the movie has finally been set as September 30th, 2010. Mark it in your diaries people, as from the looks of it this is a movie you won’t soon forget. The film stars Xavier Samuel (who recently starred in Twilight: Eclipse), and has been described as “like the bastard lovechild of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Pretty In Pink.
