Are boardshorts the final frontier of rock renown? If so, Wolfmother has now officially made it. The world-conquering Aussies have co-opted a line of swimming trunks with leading surf brand Billabong.
The ‘Wolfies’ boardshort is part of Billabong’s Signature Series, which also features a design by Metallica. That’s right, the humble band shirt has officially been outmoded. “We are pumped on this new boardie, as are the boys from the band,” reads the ‘Wolfies’ press spiel.
