What do Madonna, Amy Winehouse and Posh and Becks all have in common? Besides being filthy rich and hideously famous – they are amongst the latest round of celebrities to be immortalized as new Lego characters.

Unfortunately, the Lego stars will not be available to the public as they have been created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of mini-figures. More than 4 billion Lego figures have been made since 1978, which is now one of the company’s signature plastic moulds.

Other UK celebrities to be cast include Sir Cliff Richard and X Factor judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Cheryl Cole and Danni Minogue.
