A little birdy tells us that the V Raw project will wrap up for 2009 in just a few more weeks, so if you have been waiting to get your application in for one of this year’s super-hot creative internships, do not dilly-dally too much longer. This week the hero position is with digital studio Media Sauce as a production assistant.
If you’re the lucky applicant you’ll be taken onboard for a part-time 2-3 month internship, helping out with camera work, editing, animation and everyday design and creation of short form video content for the web. Company: Media Sauce
Description: Mediasauce is a digital media production studio that specialises in the planning, production and distribution of creative digital content.
Position: Production Assistant
Paid or Unpaid: based on level of experience
Length of internship: 2 months 2-3 days a week.
Start date – end date: Early 2010. Sometime between January and April.
Job description: Mediasauce is in need of an intern to come on board and help with camera work, editing, animating and everyday design and creation of short form video content for the web.
Requirements & preferred experience: Mediasauce works on a multitude of projects ranging from corporate video, to fashion shoots, to animated shorts, TVC, and compositing work.If you are interested in gaining experience across this spectrum, already have some skills and can’t wait to get your creative work out there and being seen, then we want to hear from you.
Skills & Competencies: Adobe Creative Suite and basic Final Cut knowledge a must. Camera operation and After Effects knowledge preferred but not essential. Most of all we want to see that you are creative in your approach to communication using video and animation.
