Production, as always is first class. The Beat is tight and rolls along with the regularity and energy you associate with TCR. 2 Freaks is definitely leaning towards ‘song’, rather than track, the electro-esque b-line rips along and the overall piece builds in energy for a real cracking 2 minutes or so toward the end. The vocals are minimal, but sexy and a bit stoned and this track may even appeal to those who don’t normally like vocals in their music.
The inclusion of an acapella on the flip will no doubt be of great use to many bedroom producers. Don’t know which famous people have been playing it.
