Previous offering from Tim Deluxe ‘It Just Wont Do’ was quite simply one of, if not the biggest tune of 2002. Top all the charts and receiving absolutely massive DJ support across the board, Tim Deluxe fast became a house hold name around the world. Now Tim is back once again on Darren Emerson’s Underwater imprint with the funk fuelled ‘Less Talk More Action’.

Like ‘It Just Wont Do’, the original club mix of Less Talk More Action is a funky bouncy vocal led number. Latin in flavour, it is a solid house outing that possesses light tribal elements and catchy clear vocals. With the right combination of interesting production and dance floor sensibilities, this will be another big club hit with massive cross over for Tim Deluxe.

On remix duties is Radio One’s Yousef. Taking the tune down similar lines to the original, Yousef steps up the tribal percussion and twisted lead stabs to provide a wicked club orientated percussive houser. With lots of funk and both a vocal and dub mix from Yousef, this makes a great complement to the original.

Finally is the bass driven porno dub which is a rather twisted and dirty dance floor gem. With a rather massive bassline this track is sure to test out many a sound system. Ad to this the highly useful porno DJ tools and this is probably the pick of the package.

With heavy club and radio support from everyone from Pete Tong to Hernan Cattaneo to Lottie, it is clear that Tim Deluxe has come up trumps once again with ‘Less Talk More Action’.
