1. We’re Coming Home – James Ash Remix (6:14)
2. Voodoo Child – Tom Neville Remix (7:04)

The Rogue Traders have been one of the most popular chart toppers throughout Australia over the past year, with the hugely successful album ‘Here Come The Drums’ and smash singles ‘Voodoo Child’ and ‘Watching You’. ‘We’re Coming Home’ is the latest single to come from the album.

The James Ash remix is a somewhat down-tempo, quirky, electro version of the song that has a unique sound that you wouldn’t usually associate with the Rogue Traders. This is the sort of track that most DJs would play early in the night to build their set/night with. Through the middle of the song is a big long breakdown that I thought could’ve been shortened, apart from this though it’s an enjoyable track that could be used by most house DJs.

‘Voodoo Child’ has been one of the biggest anthems of the previous year, and when you get one of, if not, the best remixer on the planet (Tom Neville) to give it a fresh new sound; you know your going to end up with quality. And that’s exactly what this single is, Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y! While usually working within the electro-house spectrum of dance music, Mr Neville this time goes for a minimal reworking of the club anthem, and the results are absolutely spectacular. It’s an amazing remix and something that you could hear played by everyone from Erick Morillo to Danny Howells or even Luciano. Excluding the vocals, the rest of the track sounds nothing like the original. This is one of the best tracks I’ve heard in sometime, a must for any lovers of house or electro.
