Coburn and Robbie Rivera have collaborated to produce a dancefloor electro bomb. Things kick off with the Coburn Remix, with a catchy bassline and vocal consisting of the very ‘in vogue’ warm, thick, electro sound, the vocal is however slightly annoying, and the pad that comes in around 4:09 does not sound fitting at all. But after this vocal break, the tracks comes back in full force, guns blazing, and sounding rather big and large. Personally I think it sounds a bit dry, and there isn’t enough high end and the bass is too loud. This will no doubt be a Saturday night favourite in ‘carpet and chrome’ nightspots all over the country. It’s nothing special, and it will date quickly. The Robbie Rivera mix, however, is not too bad at all. It’s a lot ‘bigger’ sounding and is generally more pleasant. But, it is a lot harder sounding, and won’t be able to played as early on, i.e. Before 1am. Overall, not bad, but not great, and highly unoriginal. Buy it as a ‘filler’, not a ‘killer’.
